Aura Colors and How To Care For Your Aura

Many years ago, I was at a local psychic fair with a friend. There was a booth with a special camera that was able to read aura colors. I asked the aura reader about the camera, and she told me about Kirlian photography. It was my first time having my aura read and to be honest; I was more than skeptical. But I was open to new ideas, so I paid $20 for the aura reading. When it was my turn, I stood in front of the black velvet curtain while the aura reader used the camera to photograph me.

She handed me a Polaroid-like photo that showed my face and body in darker colors, with “wispy clouds” of orange and bright yellow swirling around my body. A turquoise aura energy emanated from my head.

My friend had different colors on her photo: her snapshot showed both a magenta aura and a purple aura around her entire body. We asked about the reader for the meaning of the aura colors, and she handed us each a sheet with meanings assigned to each particular color.

Ever since then, I’ve been learning about auras and aura colors, and the different ways they impact the nervous system and the human body.

What Is An Aura and Why Are Auras Important?

An aura is an invisible energy field surrounding our physical bodies and all living things. Every living being has an aura that acts like an electromagnetic field, and a person’s aura behaves like a spiritual protective shield on the physical body. (similar to how your skin protects you on the physical level).

Your aura can have different colors depending on your spiritual and mental well-being, and can have a blend of colors. Its thickness can also differ from one person’s body to another, depending on their spiritual development.

Your aura is important because it plays a vital role in the energy exchange between you and the physical world around you (including people, animals, etc.) If you don’t take care of your energy center, you can lose vital life energy and become vulnerable to negative energy and health problems.

There appears to be a spiritual awakening going on around us, and a lot of talk about aura colors cleansing aura energy. With everything happening in the world today, it’s imperative we maintain a strong connection with divine guidance and keep our spiritual awareness in good health. 

How to Quickly Read Aura Colors

Since most people don’t own or have access to Kirlian cameras, you need to know how to read or sense aura colors in yourself and others. It’s not that hard to do – particularly if you meditate or practice regularly!

You can try my method below, or buy the book “What’s My Aura?” by Mystic Michaela to learn on your own.

If you’re trying my method, simply stand about 10′ away from the person you want to read. Then, relax your eyes and slowly squint until the subject becomes blurred but you can still see their outline. Let your eyes wander just to the edge of the outline, and focus your mind. Wait a few seconds, and you should start to see or sense a color or colors in the edges or beyond the outline.

I am extremely nearsighted, so this came fairly easy for me since the bodies are already blurred! But eventually, I learned to tune my senses into other people’s energies, and that energy started to show a color(s).

Practice makes this easier to do, and you’ll soon be able to sense colors almost immediately when you meet someone.

What Are the Different Aura Colors & Aura Color Meaning of Each?​

There are many colors on the aura color spectrum, and your human aura color can change depending on your emotional state and surroundings. The main aura colors include red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet (think rainbow stripes!).  

A red aura associates with passion, energy, and strength. It can also mean anger or raw emotion. Red is the color of the root chakra, which is each person’s personal power center.  

An orange aura can mean enthusiasm, vitality, and creativity in addition to the reproductive organs. The color orange can also mean a high sex-drive or thrill-seeker, and occasionally an addiction to gambling, drugs, or alcohol.

Yellow auras are connected to the solar plexus chakra, and indicate intelligence, optimism and clarity. The color yellow is also associated with happiness and light-heartedness.

A green aura goes with the heart chakra, and shows balance, growth and healing. Occasionally green associates with jealousy and envy.

Blue aura colors can be light blue or even royal blue, and are associated with the throat chakra and communication, calm, and sensitivity. A muddy blue can also be tied to depression or mental anguish.

Indigo auras go with the crown chakra and are usually seen on highly psychic or spiritually sensitive people. They are associated with intuition, wisdom, and spirituality. 

Other aura color personality traits include: bright pink or magenta auras for love; turquoise can mean good fortune, loyalty, and friendliness. 

Sometimes you’ll find a black aura on people who are impaired emotionally, ill, depressed, or anxious. And a black aura may mean evil or soullessness.

The rarest aura is pure white. A white aura shows person who is balanced emotionally, spiritually connected, and physically healthy. This is rare because humans don’t typically possess all three traits at the same time!

How To Take Care of Your Aura

It’s important to regularly cleanse and take care of your aura. This may mean forming new habits or adopting new behavioral patterns. Keeping a clean aura ensures you don’t take on negative energies or feel emotionally or spiritually drained. You can clean your aura easily by doing the following:   

1) Set Healthy Boundaries

Setting healthy boundaries is key to keeping a clear and clean aura. Regardless of who you are or who you are with, be sure they are aware of your boundaries and demand they respect them. This will save your energy and keep negative and unwanted energies away.

There are several easy ways to set healthy boundaries. For example, stop going to places that overwhelm or drain you. Instead of immediately responding to emails, texts, or phone calls, take some time before answering them to ensure you are in a good place to formulate the proper response. If you’re uncomfortable with a certain person or group of people, stop spending time with them. 

None of these methods is difficult to implement, though you may encounter resistance to avoiding others—especially if the toxic people happen to be family! 

2) Use Cleansing and Protecting Crystals 

Crystals are packed with cleansing and protective energies, and there are crystals for virtually every purpose.

Using crystals to cleanse and protect your aura can be as easy as placing a particular one in your room or wearing it on a piece of jewelry. You can also carry them in your purse or in your pocket, and be sure to place them in the home as well as the workplace.

Excellent cleansing crystals include selenite, ametrine, emerald, and aquamarine. You’ll also want to keep protective crystals on hand to ensure the energies in your cleansing crystals stay safe and whole. Good protective crystals include black tourmaline, clear  crystal quartz, Tiger’s eye, amethyst, and citrine.

3) Recharge Your Energy

Like a battery, your body, mind, and soul need to be recharged. This is common—especially when you’ve been around too many people at a time or perhaps a needy or negative person. (I call them energy vampires!).

When this happens, take a warm bath with Epsom salts or take a nap. You might also try exercising, journaling, or taking a hike. Just spend some quiet, personal time with yourself, and apologize to no one for doing it!

4) Meditate Regularly

Meditation is probably the easiest and best way to cleanse and care for your aura. Just like aspirin is our go-to for aches and pains, meditation does so much for our physical and overall well-being!

Simply sit in silence and be still for awhile, and while you are clearing your mind, you’ll automatically ground yourself and cleanse your aura. You’ll also connect with divine energies that bring you peace and relaxation.

The moon is now and always has been particularly significant to civilization. In fact, ancient
cultures were very aware of the moon’s role and understood how these cycles impacted health, moods, and even personalities.

The moon revolves around Earth every 29.5 days, so we see it in various positions throughout the month.

During the 29.5 days, this planet will become a new moon, a full moon, and several other types during this time.

Each cycle has its own meaning and symbolism, in addition to a certain energy you might experience, which can impact women more than men. For example, many women get their monthly cycles during a new or full moon, which is one reason the moon has always been associated with feminine energy.

The moon is also associated with wisdom, change, emotions, intuition, creativity, etc.

This means that, depending on the lunar cycle, you have the opportunity each month to become attuned to and connect with your inner self on a different level.

What Are Power Crystals?

Power crystals are minerals that hold energy and are used for various purposes. Many people believe certain crystals have various attributes and healing properties.

These particular crystals can eliminate negative energies or promote positive or healing energies. Some crystals help you dream, while others help you sleep or manifest desires.

1. The New Moon

This is the beginning of the lunar cycle when the moon starts building intensity and form. When the moon sits directly between the Earth and the Sun, the side of the moon facing the Earth is dark because it doesn’t get any direct sunlight.

You won’t see any moon in the sky during the new moon phase, which lasts approximately three days. During the new moon, you’ll want to start exploring new opportunities and creative ideas while setting intentions for the rest of the month.

At the start of the new moon, place these crystals around your home or workspace and meditate or program your intentions into them.

2. The Waxing Crescent

The waxing crescent reflects the very dim glow from the sun, which shows on Earth as a slight sliver on the right side of the moon.

This is the second phase of the lunar cycle, during which there is a natural upsurge of the moon’s energy. It represents new growth, hope, and a renewed sense of direction and motivation.

Whenever I need emotional support, mental focus, or help with creative expression, I head to my crystal collection. There are many ways to choose a powerful stone to bring high vibrations to my intention, and today I’m sharing how I choose mine.

My Method for Choosing Confidence and Creativity Crystals

This method works for whatever your intention is, not just confidence and creativity crystals. All you need to do is set your intention firmly in your mind and follow my easy instructions below. It helps if you form your intention into a question (ie what is the best crystal for me to use today so I can be my best creative self in the studio?).

Once I have my intention in place, I choose my crystal(s) by simply taking my non-dominant hand (palm down) and waving it slowly over the stones.

My open palm actually “senses” the stone’s energy field, and when I feel it, I know that particular stone connects with my current intention. This sensation is hard to describe, but imagine a slight “zing” in the center of the palm.

You’ll find you don’t get this sensation for every stone – only the one(s) you need at that time. The key is to set a clear intention or goal before using the open palm method to select a stone.

For example, if I want to see which stone or stones will enhance my confidence and creativity at that moment, I use my open palm. And just like that, I have chosen the perfect crystal to boost my confidence or invite more creative ideas into my session.

Is it magic? I can’t say. But I do know it works for me every single time.

My Favorite Confidence and Creativity Crystals

It’s not easy to pick “favorite” stones to help with a lack of confidence or assist with creative endeavors. After all, so many unique crystals boost confidence or summon the creative muse.

But I have some favorite crystals whenever I have low self-confidence or work on new creative projects. Here are some of those favorites – and note that some do double duty for both confidence and creativity!

Rose quartz crystal is said to be one of the best confidence and creativity crystals


Rose quartz is one of the crystals I use the most. This beautiful pink stone has so much positive energy and never fails to increase energy levels. It gives me confidence and boosts my self-esteem, and it is a permanent fixture in my studio whenever I want creative inspiration.

When I’m having a bad day or an important meeting I need help with, I will even sleep with a small rose quartz stone underneath my pillow. I swear it makes me feel clear and ready to take on the day when I wake up in the morning.

And when I want inspiration, I pick up the sphere above and hold it in my hands. It always gives my creativity an energetic boost!

Rose quartz works with the heart chakra and is known as the stone of unconditional love. People often wear this crystal as a pendant necklace to keep it close to the heart.

Rose quartz promotes healthy and harmonious relationships, raises self-esteem, enhances your creative genius, and encourages self-love.

This is another personal favorite of mine! Black tourmaline repels negative energies and cleanses the aura to restore balance to all chakras.

It brings inner strength, clears stagnant energy, and improves concentration, all of which help you feel better. Black tourmaline is excellent for low self-esteem and is a great stone for establishing your inner power by dispelling negative feelings.

When you feel better and have upbeat energy, you automatically begin to feel more confident. Black tourmaline is helpful with all the chakras, so it’s a handy stone to keep in your crystal toolbox.

This powerful crystal is associated with the heart and throat chakras and is a beautiful bluish-green stone. Because it works with the throat chakra, this is the stone I use when I need to find the confidence to speak up for myself.

It’s another stone I keep in my art studio because it helps me feel more creative.

Amazonite also helps with your psychic abilities and can help you remember things from the past.

Two more of my favorite crystals for confidence and creativity are lapis lazuli and tiger’s eye. Both of these stones propel you to have the courage to be your true self and are excellent in helping you achieve your creative goals. 

Lapis lazuli helps you feel mentally clear and make decisions when stuck. It also gives you the confidence to say whatever you need, even when it’s a difficult thing to do. This stone is a protective one, and it also encourages you to be daring and original.  

Tigers eye is a mesmerizing stone that gives you courage and strength. Whenever you feel you need personal power, know this stone of courage is there to protect you. Combined with lapis lazuli, you’re divinely protected and fearless, so use this stone for a job or gallery interview or whenever you feel low confidence.

Clear quartz crystals can also help you with your confidence and creativity. It amplifies energy while helping with mental clarity. It’s also a powerful helper in overcoming self-doubt and fears, making you fearless when you need it the most.

3. Study Different Styles

An easy way to study an art style is to check other artists’ works. Check out the paint strokes and technical skill of a master like Vincent Van Gogh or Claude Monet. Find different types of artists whose work intrigues you, and explore their works of art. It’s okay to specialize in a particular type of art early on in your career, but study different styles so you can see why pieces work and why others done. Eventually, you’ll find something that screams your name

One of the most important things you can do is develop your drawing skills and try various mediums. Explore digital media or draw comics. If you like painting, try working with gouache, watercolors, oils, and acrylics, and learn the nuances of each.

Learning different styles and mediums will help you improve your skill level and teaches you different ways to paint your subject matter.

4. Seek Inspiration

A new artist needs inspiration. A good place to find that inspiration is visiting galleries and viewing the works of more experienced artists. Another good idea is visiting new places and seeing what inspires you. Getting out in the real world lets you see various landscapes like mountains, the ocean, or the desert. If you enjoy figure painting, go out and people-watch. See how people move and how they behave.  If you can’t get away, watch TV, go for a walk, or surf the internet. By exploring places other than your room or studio, you’re bound to find inspiration somewhere.

5. Discover Your Weaknesses

No one knows you better than you. As you work, you’ll feel like you lack in certain areas. Work on those and improve your weaknesses. 

Remember, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. You’re the same way. You’ll see a definite improvement once you start paying attention to your problem areas. 

6. Learn More About Different Techniques

I’d love to pick up a pen and draw a masterpiece, but alas! It doesn’t work that way. Learn the color wheel and color theory to learn which colors work together. Plenty of free tutorials on blending colors and making a color wheel online exist on YouTube and online. Experiment working with lights, shadows, and color scales. Once you know how to manipulate things, getting the desired effects will be easier.

7. Invest in Your Education

A beginning artist can learn a lot about different mediums and techniques on social media, online, and by reading books. But I highly encourage you to invest in yourself and your talent by taking a live workshop or an interactive online class.

I love these art classes because they help you find a mentor and see how other artists work. 

8. Observe Things With the Eye of an Artist

Your work will reflect what you observe, so look at things carefully. See how the light falls at a certain angle and how a texture looks and feels. Watch things and see them for their depth and dimensions. 

When looking at a person, see how their eyes light up when they smile, how the sunlight makes their hair shine, etc. Look for these things, and then try to replicate them and include them in your work. 

9. Seek Out Fellow Artists

We have the amazing internet at our fingertips, so use it to find new ideas for your own art. Reach out to fellow artists and ask them to look at your work. Listen to their critiques and suggestions, and watch how they work. 

Look at art pieces by your favorite artists, and articulate what you like about their work. Without copying anyone else’s work, develop your style using similar techniques, colors, patterns, etc., and see where the creative process takes you.

10. Make Thumbnails

A great warm up exercise is making thumbnail sketches. Thumbnails are small drawings done quickly to help you figure out how the final piece will look. They’re kind of like a visual outline for an essay.

Make multiple thumbnails until you have a firm sense of what you want the final work to look like. Use them to determine your values and shadow placements. Remember – you don’t need to spend a lot of time or put a lot of work into thumbnails! The specific goal is to get something down on paper and use the sketches as a starting point for your new masterpiece.

11. Replicate a Single Piece Multiple Times

Once you’ve created a piece, recreate it using a different substrate or medium. Focus on the details and even add more details. You’ll start seeing a definite improvement in each recreation while working on starting a possible new body of work!

12. Invest in Your Supplies

Yes, art supplies can get expensive. That said, quality art supplies can distinguish between good and professional artists. The type of canvas, paper texture, the pigment of your colors, and the quality of the pencils all contribute to the quality of your work. By investing in good art supplies, you and potential clients will like your work better.

13. Get Creative To Become a Better Artist

As an artist, you are not confined to the boundaries of reality. For example, start with a simple painting of a vase. Then create another vase that exaggerates a few details. Next, paint the vase in a different orientation and scale, then try another painting with yet another orientation and opposite scale. You don’t have to paint the vase exactly as it exists, but you can put your spin on it to make each version completely different!

14. No Distractions While You’re Working

When you begin working, focus all your attention on your art. Don’t let your mind think about that plate on your desk or that notification on your phone.

I focus by ensuring my workstation is clean and has no distracting materials. Afterward, when I’m working, I turn the sound off my computer and put my phone on “Do Not Disturb” mode. Silencing the distractions allows me to work for longer blocks of time, and this peace results in a more productive session. Do what works best for you!

15. Stay Consistent

Consistency is key, so try to do something artistic on a daily basis. Even if you have a massive case of imposter syndrome, telling you your work is no good, show up. Don’t let that inner voice or anyone else kill your motivation. And when you need a breather or are feeling stuck, take a break to enjoy the small things in life. Work on something else when that happens, or take yourself on a play date.

Creative Burnout: How To Get Over It For Good

What Is Creative Burnout?

Creative burnout occurs when an imaginative person becomes overwhelmed, feels frustrated, or burnt out by their work. The creative person experiences emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion, and even the easiest task sends your stress levels soaring.

You feel a huge lack of motivation to do much work. And before you know it, your ingenious spark has disappeared.

The quality of your work begins to suffer. Daily habits become monumental efforts. The creative spark has left the building along with all of your fresh ideas.

In other words, you’ve figuratively hit a brick wall and your creative batteries have run out of juice.

The good news is, know you’re not alone. Many people in the creative field will go through at least one period of burnout in their careers. How long it takes to recover is up to you.

So if you are in a creative slump, take a deep breath and admit to yourself it’s time to look for help. If left untreated, the effects of burnout can impact your physical health as well as your mental health.

What are The Symptoms?

There are many signs of creative burnout, and it hits different people in a variety of ways. Here’s a list of some of the more common symptoms:

  • You find you are procrastinating more and avoiding completing tasks.
  • You seek ways to spend more time alone.
  • Simple things cause you to become irritable or angry.
  • Productivity noticeably diminishes.
  • Even thinking about taking the first step toward starting a new task causes you to feel emotionally and physically drained.
  • You can’t remember the last time you felt rested and excited to go to work, even after spending an amazing long weekend away from the job.
  • You feel depressed or become emotional very easily.

Who Gets Creative Burnout?

Most people associate creative burnout with artistic people like artists, writers, art directors, or musicians.

But in reality, this type of burnout isn’t limited to just the creative industry. After all, each of us uses creative tasks in our work and personal life every single day!

In America, the business owner often has high expectations of their employees and expect them to carry heavy workloads with very little pay. Work can feel like a pressure cooker, with you being the main ingredient in some cases!

These feelings and situations can cause resentment and feelings of unworthiness – both of which can lead to burnout.

As creatives, we are constantly seeking success in an ever-changing world. We need to be able to pivot quickly, or risk being left behind in the dust. After all, we’re only as good as our last innovative endeavor, right?

What Causes Creative Burnout?

Burnout usually happens when we develop a not-so-healthy work-life balance.

Let’s say you have been working long hours to meet deadlines, day after day after day. Or your boss keeps giving you specific tasks to do in addition to expecting you to complete your regular workload.

Or you spent the past year using your energy to solve someone else’s personal problems while not tending to your own home life.

You can also feel creative exhaustion when you feel diminished or not appreciated for your best efforts.

Any of these scenarios would cause you to feel mental exhaustion. And that exhaustion takes away from how you think about your own creative projects.

Mental exhaustion can cause physical inertia, which makes you want to basically stop doing anything.

And, when creative beings avoid using their imagination or stop flexing their creativity muscle, they can quickly find themselves in a very deep rut.

My Story

I’m no stranger to creative burnout. Or professional burnout, for that matter. In fact, I’ve done it three times.

My first burnout occurred in 1995. I owned half of a large property management firm and after twelve years, I was fried. I ended up selling my portion of the company and going on medical leave and disability for eight months.

The second time was in 2011. I was in a high-stress position with a commercial real estate development company and already knew the signs of burnout. So I resigned to follow my passion and became a full-time artist.

In the beginning, I did really well! My paintings were selling and I was getting my art in galleries everywhere. But when things slowed down, I had to start dipping into savings to pay my monthly expenses.

When the savings got low, financial pressures mounted, and then my energy and passion hit the skids. And when I needed to find a way to supplement my income, I foolishly went back into the property management business.

Yes, I actually returned to the property management business – a HIGH-stress industry if there ever was one!

But this time when I saw the dark cloud of burnout coming, I did something to pre-empt the effects.

I got out before I hit the wall.

I realize this is not a solid solution for everyone. But the main point is I left. And I did it before I went into another full-blown case of burnout.

So when you’re experiencing burnout, know that leaving the situation can easily be the best solution to take. Just be sure to recognize what’s happening and take action before your life begins to crumble around you.

This may involve taking a leave of absence or walking away from the situation before it does you in. But what’s important is putting space between you and the circumstances that have forced you to this point.

How To Pre-empt Creative Burnout

It is possible to avoid getting to the creative burnout stage altogether. So if you’re not already in the throes of a breakdown, then consider implementing these techniques today.

  1. Learn how to say “no.” If something doesn’t align with your schedule, values, or priorities, then just don’t do it. Start setting boundaries and begin saying “no” more often. Remember – the word “no” can be a complete sentence. So above all, don’t feel the need to expound on it!
  2. Stop taking on other people’s problems. It’s human nature to want to help others, but there are energy vampires that can suck you dry if you let them. Watch out for one-way relationships where someone is always droning on about their issues, and never stops to ask about yours. These life-suckers will stop dumping on you once they notice you stop making time for them anymore.
  3. Be realistic about what you can and cannot do. If you have a full workload already, then taking on just one more thing can tip the scales toward burnout. And if something is going to take three weeks to complete, don’t overcommit to get it out sooner just to please someone else. I’m not saying don’t challenge yourself, but realize if you do it once, then don’t be surprised if it’s expected to happen again and again.
  4. Take a break. Don’t forget to take regular breaks from what you’re doing or concentrating on. Often, a brisk walk around the block or a change of scenery will actually help inspire you! And it gives your brain a chance to rest so you aren’t so focused you can’t think straight. Leave your desk or go outside and do something else for ten to twenty minutes. Play word games like Wordle or Phoodle to get your brain thinking differently.
  5. Use affirmations. Start using affirmations and watch how quickly your outlook can change. Here’s a post about using creative affirmations that can help switch your feelings of being overwhelmed to seeing things in a brighter light and getting your confidence back.

If You Already Have Creative Burnout

First of all, know that healing from burnout takes time. It also takes a delicate balance of patience coupled with a heavy dose of grace. In other words, allow the process to unfold and cut yourself some slack. And here are some more tips to help you along the way:

  1. Get professional help. There’s no shame in seeking medical help or seeing a therapist. If you need professional intervention or pharmaceuticals to help your situation, please seek the right people who can make that happen immediately. This might mean a trip to the ER or a call to your physician but do it. A professional can prescribe something to ease the anxiety or depression you’re feeling, and they can also provide referrals to a good therapist so you can talk about your fears and emotions.
  2. Join a support group. Ask around to find a support group in your area for others going through burnout. If you’re seeing a therapist, they may have a group in progress. Likewise, go look into other different networks online like Meetup or even Facebook groups.
  3. Start a daily to-do list. I know this is a simple task, but the benefits are huge. Even if the only things on your to-do list are to brush your teeth or feed the cat, once you’ve done the deeds, you can cross them off your list. Believe it or not, crossing things off your list gives you a sense of achievement. And when you’re burned out, these accomplishments will help lift your spirit and makes you feel better about yourself.
  4. Get a long vacation, take time off, or quit. Removing yourself from the situation that’s causing the stress is critical. Talk to your employer about a leave of absence or a sabbatical. If they refuse to give you the time off, then use your vacation time if you have any. And if they still refuse, then it may be time to walk away. If the workplace is a toxic environment, then it is unlikely time away will change the problem, so leaving may be your only way out. Another option is going out on a stress claim. If you have a private disability policy, ask your doctor if they will help you make a claim. If you don’t have a disability policy, check to see if you’d be eligible for social security benefits if you need to take an extended leave of absence. Some employers have human resource departments that can help with this.
  5. Self-care. Your body and mind are crying out to be nurtured, so don’t ignore their cries. Get plenty of sleep and engage in relaxing activities like yoga or meditation. Go on hikes or short walks. Indulge your inner child and take a trip to the zoo or have a picnic in the park. If you live near the beach, put your feet in the sand and watch the waves on the shore. If you can focus, read some good books. Take up a new hobby that you’ve never made time for. Make yourself some healthy meals and drink lots of water. Listen to music that soothes you, and if you’re up for company, reach out to family or friends and set up a movie date or other activity that doesn’t require you to do a lot of talking. When you’re ready to talk, call a trusted friend to check in and say hello.
  6. It doesn’t last forever. One of the most important things to understand when you’re burned out is this is a temporary state. Let go of time constraints and don’t push yourself too hard to go back until you are truly ready. More than ever, it’s time to be gentle with yourself and allow your body, mind, and soul the time it needs to heal.

This can include getting enough sleep, engaging in relaxing activities like yoga, hot baths, or meditation, or simply taking a break from your creative work to recharge and refocus.

With time and the right strategies, you can overcome burnout and return to your pursuits feeling refreshed and reinvigorated.
